A Origem Content é uma produtora sediada em Salvador. O DNA da empresa tem como principal característica o esforço criativo no desenvolvimento de projetos com alta qualidade técnica, sendo, em sua maioria, séries animadas para TV e filmes.
Seu trabalho já foi premiado diversas vezes, entre eles o longa-metragem Meu Tio José, que recebeu 8 prêmios nacionais e internacionais, foi finalista do Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro e é uma das pouquíssimas obras brasileiras nesse formato a ter sido finalista na competição oficial do Festival de Annecy e dos Prêmios Quirino.
Atualmente, a Origem coproduz o longa-metragem La Marca del Jaguar com o México (selecionado pelo Festival de Annecy em 2023 para o programa Finance Gap, para o Ventana Sur Goes to Cannes 2026 e Festival de Guanajuato 2026), coproduz a série The Girl Who Smiles While Sleeps com Portugal, apresenta o longa The Flock – Steampunk Version (seleção oficial no Festival de Cinema de Havana 2025, Festival de Moscou 2026 e muitos outros) e desenvolve diversas obras em processos paralelos, tanto em animação quanto em live-action.
Origem Content is a production company based in Salvador, Brazil. The company's DNA is defined by its commitment to creative excellence in developing projects with outstanding technical quality, with a primary focus on animated television series and feature films.
Its productions have received numerous national and international awards. Among them is the animated feature My Uncle José, which won eight national and international awards, was a finalist for the Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro (Brazilian Academy Awards), and is one of the very few Brazilian productions in its format to have been selected as an official competition finalist at both the Annecy International Animation Film Festival and the Quirino Awards.
Currently, Origem is co-producing the animated feature La Marca del Jaguar with Mexico (selected for the Annecy Festival's Finance Gap program in 2023, Ventana Sur Goes to Cannes 2026, and the Guanajuato International Film Festival 2026), co-producing the animated series The Girl Who Smiles While Sleeping with Portugal, presenting the feature film The Flock – Steampunk Version (official selection at the 2025 Havana Film Festival, the 2026 Moscow International Film Festival, among many others), and developing several additional animation and live-action projects simultaneously.
